For Teachers:

“Discover Your Child’s Learning Style:  the Key to Learning Success.” Do you have students you just can’t seem to reach?  During this experiential workshop, teachers will learn the diversity of talents, interests and strengths that make up a child’s learning style that looks beyond auditory, visual and kinesthetic.  They will be introduced to an assessment tool that helps identify the 5 different aspects of each child’s unique path to learning success.  This workshop enlightens teachers to what motivates individual students.

For Parent Advisory Councils:

“Discover Your Child’s Learning Style:  the Key to Learning Success.” The Joy of Learning Network is offering PACs the opportunity to support parents to discover how learning styles impact our ability to take in and process information raise funds for its important projects at the same time. JOLN will deliver an experiential workshop that gives parents insight into their unique learning strengths through an on-line learning assessment, completed prior to the workshop.  The insight gained in this workshop will support parents to understand the range of learning styles and begin to become aware of their child’s learning strengths and needs.
